Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the cable type. Standard building wire is normally quoted from a few thousand metres upward, while power cable may be quoted from a single drum. Mixed containers combining several cable types are welcome — that is usually how buyers reach an economical order volume.
What are your trade terms and payment methods?
FOB, CFR and CIF are standard; other terms can be discussed. Payment is normally by T/T with a deposit and balance against copy of bill of lading, or by irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders.
How long is production lead time?
Typically 15–30 days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit, depending on quantity, construction and whether special tooling or printing is required. We confirm the exact schedule in writing before you place the deposit.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Short sample lengths can be supplied for standard constructions. For non-standard constructions, we normally produce a sample length as part of the first production run and obtain your written approval before continuing.
Do you supply certification documents?
Mill test reports and the relevant certification copies are issued with the shipment. If your project requires third-party inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek, we can arrange it before loading — please specify this at the inquiry stage.
Can you print our brand on the cable?
Yes, subject to minimum order quantity. Your brand name, standard reference, size and metre marking can be printed on the cable surface, and your labels can be applied to drums or coils.
